Better, Sutton Sports Village is a multi-sport, health, fitness and activity centre for all ages and abilities; from babies, to school children, to performance athletes and the older generation – we offer something for everyone all under one roof! Having started out as Sutton Junior Tennis Centre in the 1980’s, we rebranded and diversified in 2012 as The Sports Village to become home to: Sutton Tennis Academy Sutton Gymnastics Academy Sutton Dance Academy Sutton Football Academy Sutton Soft Play Sutton Day Nursery Sutton Sports Physio & Sports Psychology Clinic In 2016 we were acquired by GLL to become Better, Sutton Sports Village. GLL is an independent charitable, social enterprise making community spaces and services better for everyone. We operate over 230 leisure centres and swimming pools, 28 libraries and world-class sporting venues such as Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, the London Aquatics Centre and Copper Box Arena at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – all run under the ‘Better’ brand. We also run numerous children's centres, recreation grounds, spas, ice rinks and events spaces making us the UK’s largest leisure provider. We partner with many local authorities to make leisure, fitness and library services accessible and affordable to the whole community.
