At The START Center for Cancer Care our mission is to deliver high-quality care for our patients, accelerate the development of new cancer treatments, and provide hope for those in need. Our team is led by more than 30 world-class oncologists practicing at thirteen locations across South Texas.  The START Center also conducts the world’s largest Phase I clinical trials program for oncology with research facilities located in Texas, Michigan, Utah, and Spain where more than 40 promising new drugs are now being tested for the first time. 

By combining sophisticated treatment modalities with innovative Phase I clinical trial programs, we are leveraging today’s most advanced technology to help our patients in their fight against Cancer. We feature cutting-edge treatment options in the fields of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, integrative therapies, and genetic testing.
