PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Full turnkey PM services for contract office furniture from project inception thru completion.  Includes on-site construction phases, OAC meetings, spec audits, field verifications, solicitation of labor quotes, coordination of building access, delivery planning, coordination with power, data, and A/V trades, personal supervision on site throughout install, punch list processing and closure.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Ongoing and on-call services for planning and execution of moves, adds, and changes.  Develop space plans, install drawings, and test fits.  Procure parts as needed, coordinate labor crews, IT teams, and trades.

MOVE MANAGEMENT:
Planning and supervision of employee relocations.  Whether shuffling in the building, or moving off site, Tambian can provide organization, planning, and execution of the process.  Labor bidding, scheduling, and communications with the end users for move prep is also provided.  Supervision of move crews.

WALL SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
The Tambian Group has pro PMs on staff with extensive experience personally installing many modular wall systems.  Having installed the wall systems makes them exceptionally talented PMs for wall projects as they superbly manage on-site installations, speak the language of the installers, and communicate issues back to the sales team accurately always with solutions to propose.
