The Thomas Group NW Real Estate is an independently owned boutique brokerage that serves Maple Valley and Ocean Shores, WA. Our roots go back to the 1970's, when Tom Patch (Thomas) began his career in real estate. He and his son, Tom (the other Thomas), expanded into building homes for about 20 years. Lori married into the business in 1983. Then, she and Tom opened a virtual real estate brokerage in 2000. She became licensed in 2004, then became the Designated Broker in 2009. With over 40 years experience in the real estate and construction industry, our goal is to provide exceptional, skillful real estate representation to our valued clients, who become dear friends in the process.
