The Wingman Foundation was started in 2014 by Marine Aviators who recognized the need to take care of our own. In the past, we have provided for the families of those involved in flying mishaps, combat or otherwise, by ad hoc fundraising, “passing around the hat” in our Ready Rooms, and leaning on other organizations for support.  We plan to change that. In addition to helping families defray the costs associated with losing a loved one, The Wingman Foundation will offer merit and needs-based scholarship opportunities to the children of fallen aviators.

Our mission is to honor the sacrifices of our fallen air warriors and support the families they've left behind.
