TheatreSquared is a professional nonprofit theatre company based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serving Northwest Arkansas as a year-round resident company. It produces locally rooted productions that have earned national recognition and reach more than 65,000 patrons annually in an intimate setting. The company employs a national pool of trained artists, is contracted with Actors' Equity Association, and serves as Arkansas’s home for professional playwrights through the Arkansas New Play Festival and annual world premieres, while partnering with schools across Northwest Arkansas and the Delta Region to bring live performances and arts-based learning to students. Founded in 2005, TheatreSquared is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and serves Northwest Arkansas as the region’s year-round professional resident theatre. The organization recently completed a 50,000-square-foot permanent home that houses two intimate theatres, rehearsal space, a three-level commons and cafe, and artist housing; in 2023 it received an Obie Award for its digital-virtual hybrid production Russian Troll Farm.
