Therapy at Home was founded in 2016 on the belief that patients deserve holistic care that is catered, compassionate, and centered on the patient's needs. 

Therapy at Home offers physical therapy services both at Assisted Living Homes as well as in the Comfort of Your Home. Based on the patient's needs, we will create a plan for restoring functionality. Most importantly, we strongly believe in care that makes fitness fun and doable.
