Thermodyne Technologies, Inc. (TTI) owns the exclusive worldwide rights to a unique proprietary thermal desorption treatment system, the Matrix Constituent Separator, commonly referred to as the “MCS System”.  

The MCS System is an environmentally friendly yet scientifically sound and field proven solution for the remediation of a wide range of chemically-impacted soils and industrial process wastes. The MCS System has many innovative design and operational competitive advantages over conventional treatment systems.   The MCS System's award winning design incorporates the benefits of a portable, compact modular process while providing a mechanically simple yet robust operational design.  The MCS System is capable of site-specific setup flexibility and treatment of variable feedstocks.  The MCS System’s static bed, batch process maintains lower maintenance downtime than the industry standard while providing higher levels of treatment quality control.  

The MCS System is considered a “Green Technology” because the treated non-oxidized soils or process solids and the separated, collected chemicals are in a condition to be recycled.  The MCS System has been approved and used on project sites for the USEPA, USDOE, all military branches of the USDOD, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Coast Guard, and numerous private clients in the US, Australia, Asia and Europe.
