Thetis is developing new medicines derived from a class of potent, naturally-occurring signaling molecules called Resolvins that promote immune homeostasis.  Our lead candidate, TP-317, is a first-in-class, oral Resolvin E1 (RvE1) drug that offers a novel approach to engage BLT1, a key receptor that  regulates important aspects of innate and adaptive immunity. Our disease targets -- inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and solid tumor cancers  -- represent high unmet medical needs.
