THG Advisors, once known as The Horinko Group, operated as a small environmental services consultancy in Washington, D.C., from 2008 through 2021. It functioned as a neutral convener at the intersection of policy, science, and communications to address complex natural resource challenges. The firm prioritized efficiency, sustainability, and holistic solutions grounded in current science and sound business practices. Throughout its work with federal, state, and local governments, non-governmental organizations, and private sector partners, THG sought to meet the needs of communities in the markets where its clients operated.

With a focus on regulatory intervention, the water-energy-land-use nexus, and strategic communications for problem-solving, THG Advisors conducted its work through a small team of advisors. It collaborated with government entities, NGOs, and private-sector actors to achieve measurable results for communities and markets.
