The overall mission of Think IT is to foster professional growth and development through the power of networking and collaboration. Think IT Association was founded in 2009 and we currently have over 2,400 members in 7 different groups in Minneapolis, and over 600 members in Chicago. Most groups meet on a monthly basis in an informal, roundtable format with a different member from the group facilitating (not presenting) each session. Being a member of Think IT not only allows you to network and collaborate with other IT professionals, but also allows you to be involved in a mentorship program. The Think IT mentorship program provides access to the knowledge and experiences of the most senior Think IT members to grow the next generation of leaders.
