Thomas Jones Consulting, LLC was formed in 2004 to assist attorneys with the discovery and navigation of new and exciting career opportunities. Over the course of my nearly 14 years spent actively developing relationships, learning the industry, as well as the national and international markets, I have helped attorneys at all levels identify and pursue new career opportunities with the primary goal of continued professional and personal advancement. As a legal recruiting professional, I incorporate my relationship building, managerial, organizational and critical thinking skills in pursuit of my attorney candidate’s and client hiring entity’s goals. I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY and earned my law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
