Our organization is not stagnant therefore we cannot be static.  

The “bookends” of our core values are intentionally chosen, we start with grit and end with nurture, seemingly two ends of the spectrum.  One is not effective without the other, nor is it sustainable.  Through diligence, drive, and discipline we accomplish many difficult projects and tasks, this is grit.
