THS signs over $55 million in hotel contracts annually. Through our experience and
competitive bidding process, we are confident when we say we will capture the highest
roomnights for your tournament at the lowest rates available even with higher rebates and
more comp roomnights.
INDUSTRY LEADING TECHNOLOGY
Our reservation system provides real-time availability, instant confirmations and actual
hotel confirmations to each player/family. As a Tournament Administrator, you will have
up-to-date team blocks, roomnights booked, comp rooms earned, and accurate reports
to share with the CVB.
REBATES ON TIME
In addition to low rates, we also negotiate a $10-$20 per roomnight rebate into each hotel
room rate for your organization. We will confirm and bill the hotels after the tournament
and pay it to you in one check within 45-days or less, guaranteed, whether we have
collected from the hotels or not.

Contributions of time, services, and money to many sports and charitable organizations
