Small firm growth Tickner Construction Inc is a small construction firm with 2-10 employees and annual revenue under $1M, indicating a potential need for scalable project management, subcontractor partnerships, and affordable ERP or field software solutions to support growth.

Local MSP focus Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, there may be opportunities to offer regionally tailored construction services, safety programs, and local vendor networks that reduce mobilization time and improve project efficiency for nearby clients.

Tech stack lean The listed technologies suggest basic or phased digital adoption; sales conversations can explore value from modern project collaboration tools, CRM integration, data management, and lightweight analytics to improve bidding and project tracking.

Competitive landscape Compared to large peers, Tickner is far smaller; positioning opportunities exist for cost-efficient subcontracting partnerships, modular or prefab approaches, and flexible payment terms to win bids against bigger firms.

Financial upside With revenue under $1M, there is potential for upsell into facilities maintenance, retrofit or small- to mid-scale commercial projects as the firm scales, along with training and ongoing support offerings.
