Tidy Tots Diapers is a small manufacturing start-up led by three women and based in Rensselaer, New York. The company develops a patented three-part diaper system that serves as an alternative to both disposable diapers and traditional cloth, aiming to address common barriers to cloth use. The product line is designed to minimize laundry and simplify diaper changes.

A notable feature is Flushies liner inserts that snap into the cover and can be flushed at changing time, reducing handling of soiled material. The No Fold diapers and boosters use a 55% organic hemp and 45% organic cotton composition, providing softness, durability, and improved absorbency. The system avoids microfiber, pre-soaking, and other steps often associated with cloth diapering, and is manufactured in the United States.
