Tier Tech International, Inc. (TTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that offers innovative methodologies and strategies to help organizations identify and capitalize on opportunities while mitigating risk.

Founded in 2003 by a special operations bomb technician, the TTI team includes leaders and experts from all branches of the military, the Intelligence Community, academia, industry, and federal, state, and local law enforcement. Our team of experienced practitioners takes problem solving to a new level through our decades of real-world experience in emergency preparedness and response, CWMD, counterterrorism, special operations, COOP and COG, exercise and training, curriculum development, policy, strategy, and planning.
