Our story began when a group of executives, project managers and technologists were exasperated by the same workforce problem: Managers struggle to recruit the correct employees for their teams. 

Tilde Staff was founded by a team of tech executives and everyone on our team has a background in data science, programming, or tech project management. We focus on data, software, and engineering roles and we have the professional experience to assess candidates’ technical abilities and their aptitude to succeed in the work environment.
