Tiscali Italia S.p.A. is the flagship operating arm of the Tessellis group, formed from the merger of Linkem Retail and Tiscali S.p.A., and it holds a leading position in Italy's fixed telecommunications market. The company provides an integrated mix of fixed and mobile services, supported by extensive fiber and fixed wireless access capabilities to deliver ultrabroadband connectivity. It emphasizes neutral network access to support strategic verticals and non-telco customers, including small and medium enterprises, universities, and central and local public administrations. With a broad fiber footprint, it targets about 29 million households and businesses, of which around 10 million are served by fiber to the home, and has extended ultrabroadband offerings via fixed wireless access on its OpNet network, with speeds up to 1 Gbps, addressing a potential market of roughly 17 million customers.

Based in Cagliari, Sardinia, the company operates in the Italian telecommunications sector and serves a diverse set of customers, including small and medium enterprises, universities, and public administrations. A recent development is the November 2024 partnership with AgileContent to launch a platform delivering premium content for a wide Italian audience.
