Tischler/Kocurek is a partnership of Lial F. Tischler, Ph.D., P.E., B.C.E.E. and Dianna S. Kocurek, P.E., B.C.E.E., providing consulting services in environmental engineering. Tischler/Kocurek is a woman-owned business that is certified as an historically underutilized business (HUB). Together the partners have over 50 years of combined experience in many environmental fields. Areas of expertise in wastewater issues include water quality standards and modeling, environmental regulations, discharge permitting, treatment, and environmental data analysis. Clients include major U.S. corporations involved in chemical manufacturing, petroleum refining, pulp and paper production, and pharmaceutical products. Work with municipalities has included water quality modeling, wastewater permitting, and pretreatment programs. The partners have also worked on several international projects involving water quality modeling, water quality standards, and wastewater master planning.
