Our mission is to teach baseball skills and to inspire hard work, winning attitudes, and respect for the “great and glorious game”* of baseball. We hone outstanding sportsmen and fundamentally sound players capable of competing at the highest level that their maximum individual physical and mental capacities allow, whether on youth, high school, college, or professional diamonds. More importantly, in educating these developing young men in all facets of baseball, we nurture the pattern of striving for excellence as they enter adulthood and become working professionals, servants in their communities, husbands, fathers and the leaders who will sustain our future. We build champions for baseball and for life. *The phrase “great and glorious game” in reference to baseball was coined by A. Bartlett Giamatti who was president of Yale University from 1978-1986, and president of the National League of Baseball for five months in 1989 until his death.
