Established in 2003, TK Mold and Engineering is a builder of plastic injection molds and thermoforming tools. Our 10,000 square foot plant located in Romeo, Michigan, utilizes high-speed-spindle milling machines to build new molds, incorporate engineering changes, and do repair work to existing molds. We can handle tools up to 1000 ton machine range. We cut all tool steels including P-20, H-13, and Aluminum for prototype and production tooling. Our costs are low because we have very lean management and we do a substantial amount of “lights-out” machining giving you the best value for your tooling dollars. We are also a LCC tool shop for securing tools from the Far East. Supported by our Romeo, MI facility, TK Mold also has an equity position in a Tool Shop in Chennai, India. Clastek Engineering PVT. LTD. has 20,000 square feet of shop floor utilizing the latest CNC and EDM equipment, as well as a 250 ton and a 430 ton molding presses in house.
