TL Precision Welding Inc. is a niche provider of highly-specialized technical services for turbine engine repair.

TLPW delivers TIG welding, precision laser drilling and other services for OEMs in high-tech sectors, such as energy, automotive, and engineering: welding, weld repair, laser drilling and fabrication involving nickel base alloys, including Hastelloy X, Inconel Alloy 617, Aluminium-Bronze and Titanium.

MULTI-AXIS LASER DRILLING for products ranging from delicate medical devices to industrial gas turbine components. Computer-aided lasers provide a significant impact on manufacturing speed, quality and reduced costs.

PRECISION WELDING, WELD REPAIR and FABRICATION of components made of nickel base alloys, using advanced welding technologies to satisfy the strictest OEM requirements. 

Advanced welding technologies utilizing inert gases (Argon) and plasma welds have opened the door for weld repairs on alloyed metals, offering extensive financial savings to manufacturers. Components made of expensive alloyed materials can be re-manufactured using our special processes for significant cost reductions. We support the weld repair process with a sealed sandblast room and a full non-destructive examination (NDE) line, employing fluorescent penetrant testing.
