TME manufactures automated, high technology leak testers, leak and flow testers, and package testers. High resolution, repeatable, and downloadable, TME test systems span the range of leak and package testing needs for the food, medical device, industrial and pharmaceutical industries. Our instruments are available in single port or multi-port models that perform sequential or concurrent leak, flow, crack, occlusion or any combination of the above. We specialize in custom-engineered test systems for testing situations that are unique or too complex for "off-the-shelf" testers. We're also available to help with IQ/OQ/PQ and to provide input as you work through your validation process. TME's seal strength and leak integrity testers for packaging meet ASTM and ISO-11607 guidelines for destructive testing, and our non-destructive vacuum decay chamber test system meets ASTM F-2338 guidelines. All TME instruments and test systems can be ordered with ethernet connectivity for data transmission to a LAN, and a statistics package for SPC is standard.
