TMJ Inc. is a Japan-based firm in the business consulting and services sector that emerged from an in-house call center at Fukutake Shoten (now Benesse) and became independent in 1992. It built its BPO capabilities around the operational experience of running a subscription-based call center, which helped it establish itself in Japan and gain clients, including a major global company expanding its presence there. The company serves roughly 300 organizations across finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and public services.

In 2017 TMJ joined the SECOM group to strengthen its network and security capabilities. Two years later, in 2018, TMJ defined a corporate mission aimed at contributing to a society where people can live comfortably through ongoing dialogue and continuous improvement.
