Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and maritime expertise is in short supply in NYC, and will be needed for decades to assist the region in transforming its infrastructure and adapting to climate change and regulations. This critical need is for consultants who can navigate the waterfront in NY to affect, plan, strategize, execute, and improve how problems are solved for owners, contractors, and regulatory agencies alike. There is already a shortage of experienced waterfront planning consultants, and even fewer with a DBE status (SDVOB, WBE, WBE) that can support NYC. TMS fulfills that role while providing real value added to any waterfront project.
