At TMT First we are both a Samsung Accredited Service Centre (for in and out of warranty repairs) and also an Apple Independent Provider. That means whether you are an Operator, Distributor, Reseller, Enterprise or Consumer, you can be assured your device is being repaired by skilled technicians using genuine parts, approved diagnostics and tools.

We employ nearly 150 staff from our 43,000 square foot headquarters in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We work with a range of sectors including insurers, manufacturers, mobile and technology retailers, the public sector and SME’s.
