TN Voices for Children is an organization in the Individual and Family Services industry, based at 500 Professional Park Drive, Goodlettsville, Tennessee 37072, United States, and employing 51-200 people. It provides leadership, advocacy, and support to advance the emotional and behavioral well-being of children, young adults, and families. Originally organized in 1990 by Tipper Gore as a statewide coalition to promote children’s health and education services, TVC has evolved into a statewide and national source of referral, support, and advocacy for families and the systems that serve them, operating through the Statewide Family Network and ten other programs. In the past fiscal year, TVC reached more than 150,000 parents, caregivers, family members, and professionals, and it collaborates with parents, professionals, state and federal officials, policy makers to ensure services are family driven, community based, and culturally and linguistically competent. In recent years, the organization expanded its outreach through CAN+DID, a podcast launched in November 2021, and an app launched in August 2022.
