TNM Resources is an independent oil and natural gas producer headquartered in Houston and supported by a capital commitment from certain affiliates of North Hudson Resource Partners. TNM Resources, LLC was formed in February 2017 to follow up on the success of Fortuna Resources Holdings, LLC and pursue oil and gas opportunities in the broader Permian basin focused on both the Central Basin Platform and Delaware Basin. TNM currently holds approximately 18,250 net acres in the Central Basin Platform and approximately 4,250 net acres in the Southern Delaware Basin.  TNM is focused on drilling horizontal San Andres wells in the Central Basin Platform and horizontal Wolfcamp / Bone Spring wells in the Delaware Basin.

The Fortuna management team has substantial experience working in the Permian Basin, with a demonstrated history of acquiring and exploiting multiple oil and gas assets in the Delaware Basin and Central Basin Platform. Aaron Davis, Fortuna’s CEO, is a petroleum engineer and was most recently CEO of Fortuna Resources Holdings, LLC which recently divested most its assets in the Delaware Basin to PDC Energy.  Prior, Mr. Davis was with Occidental Petroleum Corporation where he oversaw multiple Permian Basin drilling and leasing programs.

TNM Resources, LLC is managed by its affiliate Fortuna Resources Mgmt, LLC and operated by its affiliate Fortuna Resources Development, LLC.
