Having built projects in municipalities throughout the Bay Area and beyond, he is adept at navigating city requirements and processes leading to successfully built projects. Todd's keen eye towards cost reduction from start to finish has enabled the building of projects that were thought to be outside of budget availability. Cost-control approaches embedded in the design process and Todd’s building experience - uncommon for architects - ensures informed collaboration with the builder during the design process and through to completion.
