Todd has 17+ years of public accounting experience. He graduated from San Diego State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has a Masters in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

After graduating from SDSU, Todd began his career at Considine & Considine LLP a leading local public accounting firm in San Diego.  He spent his first 4 years at Considine & Considine primarily performing auditing services.  In 1996 Todd joined Haskell & White LLP and spent 4 years specializing in income tax services mainly focused on real estate developers and high net worth individuals.  He spent the following year at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their real estate department working on one of the largest shopping mall REIT clients in the Western United States.

In 2001 Todd joined Skinner, Fouch, Olson & Schaus, LLP as a founding partner in what has become a highly regarded firm with a wide variety of expertise.  Over the past 8 years he has established himself as a well respected income tax accountant throughout the community but more importantly as a hard working business man that genuinely cares about the relationships that he encounters.
