Los Angeles based Chef and Founder, Jocelyn Ramirez, created Todo Verde's seasoning line to celebrate Mexico’s most beloved regional flavors -- Al Pastor, Carnitas, y Tinga. No more generic options like “spicy” or “mild” when it comes to Mexican seasoning. We want our community to see the traditional flavors we know and love reflected in grocery store aisles. Our premium seasoning offers 2X the ingredients than other seasoning blends and combines all the umami-rich high-quality spices including black garlic, mushroom powder, nutritional yeast, miso, tangerine oil and more adding double the flavor than anything else in your pantry!
