Toho Water Authority is a mid-sized water and wastewater utility based in Kissimmee, Florida, established in 2003 by a special act of the state legislature. It serves about 470,000 residential and commercial customers across Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Poinciana, and surrounding areas in Osceola, Orange, and Polk counties with a full range of drinking water, wastewater, and reclaimed water services.

The utility operates 15 water treatment plants and four booster stations, with potable water distributed through nearly 2,900 miles of pipe sourced from the upper Floridan aquifer, delivering around 52 million gallons of raw water per day to treatment facilities. Its wastewater system comprises nine reclamation facilities, a 2,602-mile collection and transmission network, 637 lift stations, and 1,233 miles of reclaimed-water mains, with bio-solids from treatment processed by a third party for use as a soil supplement on agricultural lands. In May 2026, Toho Water Authority partnered with Kissimmee Utility Authority and other local agencies to publish a disaster-preparedness handbook for the region.
