Tokio Marine North America, Inc. (“TMNA”) was established as a holding company to seek further growth in the US market, as well as create a common governance structure.  At present, TMNA has oversight and governance responsibility for the following companies:  the Philadelphia Insurance Companies; Tokio Marine Management, Inc. and the First Insurance Company of Hawaii (“TMNA Group”).  Many of TMNA’s mandates are carried out by the service company for the TMNA Group, TMNA Services, LLC.
