TomoWave Laboratories is a vertically integrated company that takes ideas of new technologies based on combination of light and ultrasound from the early stage of research and development to manufacturing and regulatory certification of commercial systems. Our broad experience and expertise in the development of innovative technologies for optoacoustic tomography (OAT), imaging, sensing and monitoring in biomedical applications. The company consists of a strong team of inspired individuals who are on a mission to produce innovative biomedical solutions. Through the efforts of our newly established sales team and distributors, we are now able to offer our first commercial product, Laser Optoacoustic Imaging System (LOIS-3D) for preclinical research in small laboratory animals. Our first clinical system, LOUISA-3D, for detection of breast cancer in the dense breast (where X-ray based mammography fails), quantitative diagnostic imaging and assessment of efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy is presently undergoing clinical validation at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. We can sell this clinical system for researchers, but not to medical practitioners. We also sell system components such as analog and digital electronics and software.
