For almost 50 years, Tonsmeire Properties has been a local family-run business that builds, owns and manages apartment communities and rental homes in Alabama.  Homes range from economical studios to spacious five bedroom houses.  Furnished and unfurnished rentals are available.  Based in Baldwin County, Tonsmeire Properties has apartment communities and rental houses stretching from the Gulf Coast to the Huntsville/ Madison area.  Specific locations include  Fairhope, Foley, Daphne, Mobile and Madison Alabama, as well as Perdido Key, Florida.

Tonsmeire Properties offers a wide choice of homes and is committed to our residents. Our rental homes are located where you want to be.  Each neighborhood reflects pride of ownership, beautifully kept grounds and an excellent management team.  Each property was built and maintained with conservation and green living in mind.  This philosophy shines through in the natural environments of the properties from the breath taking live oaks in the Kingswood Apartment Community in Mobile to the quarter-mile boardwalk leading to the  Mobile Bay pier at the East Bay Apartment Community in Daphne.  We're always trying to take Green Living to the next level.  All apartment communities have salt-water pools and recycling.
