Nadia saw a glaring need in the market for Salesforce consulting services for smaller and medium-sized businesses who would often only be offered generic, off-the-shelf options in their price range. She founded the company in order to bring top shelf consulting services to that segment of the market. Top Shelf CRM provides superior end-to-end consulting services to specific customer specifications. We offer dedicated, customized and certified Salesforce consultants helping organizations make their Salesforce platforms stronger, lower and control internal development costs and increase their ROI and bottom line. Nadia Oliver brings more than 20 years of experience ranging from project management to corporate Salesforce administration. She has worked with dozens of clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. She attended York University in Toronto and majored in Human Resources. Additionally, she has also completed the week-long Salesforce Administrator 201 course.
