Once we have an idea of what they’re looking for, we connect them with a counselor right on the Torrch
platform. From there, the counselor has the final say on whether or not the person is a good fit for them. If they are, the first session can be booked right through Torrch. If not, we can connect them with a counselor better suited for their needs.
