It is owned by its depositors, has no shareholders and is operated to serve the banking and investment management needs of the thirty-three towns in Northwest Connecticut.  Our Mutual Savings Bank Charter helps us to manage according to the best interests of our local communities.  We are strongly capitalized, conservatively guided, safe and secure.  Our mutual status allows us to share our profits with our customers in the form of exceptional deposit rates for savings accounts and Certificates of Deposit and outstanding mortgage loan rates.
