My services include:

* Health coaching - helping people to make behavior changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle including but not limited to increasing physical activity and healthier nutritional choices. This can be done one-on-one, small group, and remotely.

* Functional fitness exercise classes and personal training - teaching adults proper exercise technique that supports their lifestyle (i.e. daily living tasks, preparing for recreational sports and activities). Though I train adults of all ages, my primary focus is on clients age 50+. In-home personal training is available.

* Corporate wellness - I provide health coaching, onsite exercise classes, and fitness center consultation. Physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices increase associate happiness, productivity, and help with stress management.
