Total Testing Solutions is a health care company based in Los Angeles, California, founded in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. Its initial mission was to expand access to COVID testing for underserved communities, starting with a single parking-lot location in Downtown Los Angeles. The organization grew to more than 22 sites across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle and San Diego, offering testing and vaccines at no cost to insured and uninsured individuals. 

To address delays in reporting, the founders built LINK, a platform that delivers digital notifications when results are ready and is used by hundreds of employers and events for vaccine verification, health questionnaires, negative test verification, and at-home testing workflows. The company continues to broaden its offerings to include at-home testing, telehealth, and mobile vaccination clinics as community needs evolve.
