TowerHill is a real estate brokerage that seeks to form leaders in real estate. We are in a fight to reframe the relationship between agents and clients. The real estate industry has trended recently to brokerage models where the agent is treated as a commodity for the consumer, and not as a trusted fiduciary. We believe that focusing on the fiduciary relationship between our agents and their clients is the key to restoring trust in the real estate industry. We believe that a brokerage exists to add leverage to the agent’s ability to be excellent at their craft and to grow at every level of their professional development. Real estate training is too often focused on catering to the lowest common denominator. It is designed to give salespeople a rudimentary working knowledge in order to practice at a basic level. Rarely, if ever, does agent training move into the realm of business ownership or leadership. We aim to change that, by designing training that emphasizes principled, honorable and profitable ways to build a business - with the fiduciary responsibility to the consumer at the forefront.
