We provide more than 10,000 affordable homes in 15 local authority areas in Kent and Sussex. Over the years we have invested heavily in our homes, and continue to do so as part of the Peabody Group. In addition to general needs homes, we offer a wide range of housing, including key worker, shared ownership and specialist accommodation. We also provide 3,000 affordable homes in Surrey and West Sussex following our merger with Rosebery Housing Association in April 2023.
