ABOUT THE COMMUNITY In 2015, the Town of Windsor was rated one of the safest communities in Colorado by ValuePenguin and previously Family Circle rated the Town one of the 10 Best Towns for Families. THE ORGANIZATION The Town of Windsor is home-rule with a Board/ Manager form of govt. The Town employs 114 benefited personnel and has a total budget of $53 Million in 2015. Windsor was incorporated in 1890.
