TPI Powder Metallurgy is a leading manufacturer of highly-engineered Powder Metal Components for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers in the Automotive, Lawn & Garden Equipment, Hydraulic, Commercial Site Furnishings industries. Our core manufacturing processes include press, sinter, vibratory deburring, and a full CNC machining facility. We also can provide additional secondary operations such as heat treat, plating, resin impregnation, e-coating, and other options through our network of outside partners. We offer full service design, tooling, prototype development, utilizing our in house engineering and complete tooling facility.  Material offerings include iron, copper infiltrated irons, alloyed materials, brass, bronze, and nickel silver. TPI’s press capabilities range from 3 tons to 750 tons, 3 continuous belt sintering furnaces, and a full range CNC machining facility.

TPI ships product globally to our customer base. Our flexible manufacturing process allows us to run lot production products ranging from 500 pcs per year to 5,000,000 pcs per year and allows us the ability to service all customers the same regardless of your product volumes.
