I founded The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) as an affiliate of TRAU, The Retirement Advisor University, with the goal of delivering the most thorough combination of online and live workplace retirement plan education available. Our programs are designed specifically for HR professionals, benefits specialists, business owners or retirement plan committee members serving in any of the following capacities - Plan Fiduciaries, Plan Trustees or Plan Administrator. 

TPSU’s curriculum was developed to support concentrated continuing education in the areas of established practices and new concepts in retirement plan oversight. Our mission is to introduce academic research, particularly in behavioral finance, into the management and oversight of employer-sponsored retirement plans. 

The education experience at TPSU is constructed on the principle that adults learn best through active participation with knowledgeable peers and instructors. Participants in TPSU sessions have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of Plan Sponsors, Plan Fiduciaries, and Company Retirement & Benefit Committee members. The sessions are designed to be hands-on, interactive, and thought-provoking, fostering a stimulating educational environment.
