TQL Packaging Solutions (Total Quality Labels) was established in Dallas, Texas in 1995 by a respected press production manager who believed that quality with unmatched great service and on-time delivery would be valued by many.  From humble beginnings consisting of one press and this belief system, TQL has grown to be a highly respected packaging converter in the narrow web industry.  In July 2023, they joined in with Resource Label Group  to become the 29th unique location to bring your business  "National Reach. Local Touch.®" 

Utilizing flexographic and digital technologies, TQL provides packaging solutions that allows brands to distinguish themselves at the retail shelf.  We have evolved into so much more including shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, extended content labels, embellishments, and on pack promotions.
