MaryBeth Mills Muldowney is the sole owner of TradeWinds Realty Group LLC. MaryBeth started this independent woman owned business in 2006 with an office in Norwell Massachusetts and then added an additional office in Plymouth Massachusetts in 2008 with a Boston office planned for 2011, serving Eastern Massachusetts.
TradeWinds Realty Group LLC and MaryBeth Mills Muldowney are experienced and educated in land development, new construction sales, antique homes, short sales and distress sales, divorce decree sales, have been appointed by the Federal Bankruptcy Courts to represent properties for sale, first time homebuyers and aging in place properties as well as traditional residential and commercial, sales and leases.
