Transform Work (TW) is a UK based Christian charity that encourages Christians to get together to form Christian Workplace Groups where they work to pray for their organisation and workplace. We then encourage them to approach their HR department under diversity structures to seek recognition as a staff network group through which they can keep praying and bring real benefits to the organisation. One of the strengths of a Christian Workplace Group is in being a place where staff can go if they have a problem or experiencing difficulties and want someone they can trust to share a confidence or to pray for them. Our aim is to see the UK workplace transformed, locally and nationally, by every Christian living out their faith in effective workplace ministry, leading to transformation over time in the nation's culture, values and spiritual environment.
