At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona and Texas. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and offer appointments Monday-Saturday. Our caring team of professionals provide both in-person and telehealth therapy, psychiatry, group therapy, intensive outpatient programs / IOP, and partial hospitalization programs / PHP. We understand that when you’re ready for therapy, you want to start now. We strive to provide first appointments within 5 days or less. We voluntarily completed accreditation with The Joint Commission to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and quality improvement. Doing so aligns with our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of clinicians to also do so competently and confidently.
